I mainly use this sleep mask in bed and it's become part of my nightly routine. It's so soft, comfortable, and blocks out light really well. I've also taken it on long haul flights and it made sleeping while travelling so much easier. I love the pink colour too, it feels so much more luxurious and cute compared to other sleep masks. I love this sleep mask! As someone who has worn eye masks for about 8 years now, this is the first one I have found which genuinely blocks the light out. Also the large band means I don’t get a big dent in my hair which is such a bonus!! Silk is super soft and lovely :)))
